Customer Self Service


The Customer Service Portal enables you to view the Knowledge Base Solutions to your problem without having to first log into the company Customer Support site or FootPrints. To do so, select Customer Support or FootPrints from the corporate website, which directs you to the Customer Service Portal. The available options depend on what the FootPrints administrator has configured for this site.

If you have access to submitting requests, you are asked for login information. If the site administrator has not set up customer authentication, then no login ID and password are required, but you must still identify yourself by entering a unique key, such as your email address.
