Viewing the provisioning and patching summary
Selecting the Charts tab displays a dynamically updated summary of the provisioning and patching activities performed on the Manager within the following time frames: Past Week, Past Month, and Past 3 Months. Dashboard data is automatically updated hourly or you can update data any time by clicking the Update Data link at the end of the list of job activities for the past week.
The data that appears is based on your user privileges.
Pie charts provide a snapshot of the following information:
- Database Types: Displays a breakdown of the total number of databases by type (Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase) being managed.
- Oracle Versions: Displays a breakdown of Oracle versions.
- MS SQL Versions: Displays a breakdown of SQL Server versions.
- Sybase Versions: Displays a breakdown of Sybase versions.
- Host OS Types: Displays a breakdown of each type of OS running on the nodes being managed.
- Jobs By User: Displays the number of successful jobs performed by each user for the past seven days.
- Patch Standard: Displays the percentage of databases that are in and out of compliance based on your defined Patch Standards. Click More to jump to the Patch Standard page to review and fix. See Managing-standard-patch-packages.
- Licensing: Displays the percentage of Oracle and SQL Server databases on this Manager that are in compliance and the percentage of databases that are out of compliance about licensing. See Managing-license-compliance.
Drilling down for additional pie chart details
Click any pie chart for further details. In the following example, the host Oracle Versions details include the Oracle versions, the number of each type, and the percentage total of that type.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
