Overview and installation

The FDRPAS for TCP/IP component facilitates using TCP/IP socket connections from FDRPAS to efficiently receive and write the large volumes of data required to SWAPDUMP (copy volume contents to a remotely located DASD volume). This section contains the instructions for installing UPSTREAM for FDRPAS on your system.

You must also install FDRPAS for z/OS (a co-requisite product) into a separate load library. See Loading the Installation Libraries for installation instructions.
