BMC AMI Defender for z/VM 2.9
This space contains information about version 2.9.01.
retrieves the following information from products for IBM z/VM operating system:
- Log records from the IBM Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) server on z/VM
- Messages from the z/VM System Console
- Security reports from the CA VM:Secure product from CA Technologies
The records are transmitted through a persistent TCP/IP connection with BMC AMI Defender TCP/IP Receiver, and processed by BMC AMI Defender for z/OS.

Creating a custom PDF
From any page in the space, use the following procedure to create a PDF of either the current page or multiple pages (a parent topic and its child topics):
From the Tools menu in the upper-right, select Export to PDF:
Select what you want to export:
- Only this page to export the current page
- This page and its children to export an entire section (the current page and any child topics associated with it)
Selecting This page and its children on the following sample page would create a PDF of all topics in the space's Reference section:
- Select Start Export.
