Selecting history data to collect

This topic describes the history settings that are available in BMC AMI Ops Monitor for IP through the MVIPHSTD view. By default, BMC AMI Ops Monitor for IP collects history data from all areas of the application. Use the following procedure to collect history data for specific areas.

 To select history data to collect

  1. From the Utilities section of the EZIP menu, select Product Administration (EZADMIN) and press Enter.
  2. From the EZADMIN menu, select History Settings (MVIPHSTD), and press Enter.

  3. On the MVIPHSTD view, specify the settings as follows:

    ON enables data collection.
    OFF disables data collection.
