Start monitors view (SM or MONSERV)


The Start monitors (SM) or Monitor Service (MONSERV) view displays all available product data collection monitor services.

Warning

Note

SM is an alias of the MONSERV view and displays identical information.

From the SM view you can:

  • Issue individual timer and service requests by using the SET request parameters.

    You can also start service requests that are contained in AUTOBLK parameter library members.

  • Invoke the full screen LOG display.
  • Hyperlink to the AT view.

For information about the actions that the SM view supports, refer to Working-with-the-monitor-administration-views.

You can access the SM view by typing SM or MONSERV on the COMMAND line of any view.
