TASKTDQ view


To display general information about count and timing information for transient data (TD) queues used by a task, perform one of the following actions:

  • Hyperlink from the TDqueues Used by Txn field of the CTASKDIO view.
  • Issue the following command:

    TASKTDQ [target]

    where target is the specific or generic name of a target IBM CICS region.

Usage notes

  • TASKTDQ provides function count and timing information for each transient data queue accessed by the task.
  • This data is available only if the transient data queue collection facility has been activated for the CICS region.

Description

TASKTDQZ

This view provides summarized function count and timing information for transient data queue usage.

By default, the data is summarized by transient data queue name. The Count field shows how many tasks are represented by each line of summary data.

TASKTDQD

To display detail count and timing information for each function issued against a single transient data queue, hyperlink from the Funct Count field of the TASKTDQ view.

TASKTDQQ

To display the Quick menu to other transient data queue views and related task views, hyperlink from the Task ID field of the TASKTDQ view.
