Use the following procedure to print all of the data currently displayed in a view, or selected rows of data in the view.

The view data is automatically formatted to fit the page size and print orientation of the selected printer.

To print the currently displayed data

  1. From any view, perform one of the following actions:
    • On the view toolbar, click the Print GUID-466258B2-FE62-444C-B095-7B46CA3D0673-low.pngbutton.
    • Right-click the view tab or the blank part of the view toolbar, and select Print.
  2. From the Print dialog, select a printer and click OK.Beginning with the first row that is currently displayed, a single page of data is sent to the printer. Using a smaller font size prints more data.

To print selected rows of data

  1. From a tabular view, select the data rows that you want to print.
  2. Either click the Print GUID-466258B2-FE62-444C-B095-7B46CA3D0673-low.pngbutton on the view toolbar, or drag the selected rows to that button.
  3. From the Print dialog, select a printer and click OK.All selected rows of data are sent to the printer, even if they span more than one page.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
