This topic lists the tasks that you need to complete as an administrator based on the products that are installed at your site.

Each row of the table lists a major task that you are responsible for completing as a BMC AMI Ops administrator. Some tasks must be completed for all BMC AMI Ops products; others need to be completed for specific products only.

Warning

Before you do any of the tasks shown in the following table, review the discussion of BMC AMI Ops product libraries. The names of distributed product target libraries are used in this manual for reference only. Distributed libraries should never be modified. Any changes made to these libraries will be overwritten by subsequent SMP/E maintenance.
