Syslog tab

The Unix Syslog listener captures messages and routes them through the BMC AMI Ops Console Automation rules. The messages are sent to the BMC AMI Ops Console Automation viewer and sent to the appropriate terminal emulator. The syslog viewers connect back to the original host that supplied the message using Secure Shell (SSH), Telnet, and web browsers.

The viewer options are configurable for (SSH) authentication. The default username and password, however, users are able to choose to use the key exchange or keyboard interactive option.
