TM RCV MODIFY


Modifies the recovery values associated with the specified BMC ThruPut Manager component.

The TM RCV MODIFY syntax is as follows:

Syntax

Description

? | HELP

Requests the command syntax from HELP.

COMPONENT(component_name)

Specifies the name of the BMC ThruPut Manager component to be modified.

MAXIMUM(m)

Specifies the number of times the specified component is to be recovered. The maximum number allowed is 99999.

TIME(t)

Specifies the time, in minutes, between failures which will cause the Number of Retrys to be reset to zero.

Important

The TM RCV MODIFY command is used to change the values used to determine whether a BMC ThruPut Manager component should be recovered when it fails. This command should only be used on the advice of BMC Support.
