Join Users to Containers


This section provides information about how users are joined to containers.

U – Join Users to Containers

Type U beside a Container and press Enter to join a user to a Container so it automatically appears on their Container List. The Join User(s) to Assignment screen is displayed as shown in the following figure.

Add or Delete

Type A to Add (or S to Select) beside a User ID to create a pointer to a Container, or D to Delete the pointer to a Container. The user that created the Container is automatically attached as the Owner.

Multiple users may be joined or detached at a time.

Modify

Use this line command to change the value of the Assignment Tag field. Type M beside a User ID, tab over to the Tag column and enter up to four characters, then press Enter. This is a free format field that can be used for any purpose.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
