BMC AMI DevX Workbench Data Explorer User Guide

The DevX Data Studio perspective includes the following views and functionality:

  • Data Explorer provides navigation and visibility into the content of File-AID/EX repositories.
  • Related Extract extracts the appropriate data from the source selected.
  • Related Loader loads data from extract to create a subset of larger, production databases.
  • Application Relationship Editor creates relationships between objects.
  • Execution Suites run selected specifications in batch mode
  • Tools view is used to manage the communication manager and execution server, perform database cleanup and password overrides, among other functionality.
  • Selection Criteria creates selection criteria for use with Related Extract.
