Virtualization feature in CICS
The virtualization feature in CICS uses a separate long-running task, which can be started and stopped from PLT programs and by console commands. To use the CICS virtualization feature, all users must have read/write access to the virtualization data set defined in variable @mockdsn@.

Xatz requires access to the following CICS functions:
- Inquire Program
- Load Program
- Release Program
- Inquire Library
- Create Library
- Set Program Newcopy
- Set Program Disable
- Set Program Discard
- Set Library Disable
- Set Library Discard
