Related Data Compare Overview
Use the related data compare to compare data in tables or views between any combination of supported databases. After defining a driving table, ComparePro chases the database to find all related data using either referential integrity (RI), application relationships (AR), or both.
Optionally, users can prune relationships by selecting specific tables or relationships to include or exclude. The maximum number of tables allowed in a comparison is 100. The related data compare can perform a chase of more than 100 tables, however pruning is recommended after 100 tables. The maximum number of fields allowed within a table is 990.
To create a related data compare
