13. Indicate Deployment on Application
There are several places within the standard Application setup that have to be checked to make sure that the Deployment Environment just defined is actually used. Indicating that Code Pipeline Deploy is to be called is required to be specified against the Code Pipeline Application at the level that deployment is to take place.
Select the “PROD” level for the application in Maintenance option M.AD(L).
