Selecting a subsystem for the BMC AMI Command Center for Db2 repository
Product information, such as user preferences and workspaces, is saved in a repository on a Db2 subsystem.
Only BMC AMI Command Center superusers can select the Db2 subsystem where the repository is installed.
Success
Tip
After you have stored user preferences and workspaces, we recommend that you do not change where the repository is installed. If you have to change your repository, contact BMC Support for advice.
Warning
Important
Consider the following guidelines if you have BMC AMI Command Center installations sharing a single repository:
You should have only one UIM HFS data set per repository. If multiple UIMs share a repository, they must also share the UIM HFS data set.
All BMC AMI Command Center installations must have the same maintenance level (that is, the same PTFs applied).
To select the subsystem
On the console's main menu, click Signed in as > Repository.
