Managing process definitions

  1. On the Define tab, from the left menu, select Processes.
  2. Click the name of the process to modify.
  3. To modify the process name:
    1. Click the process name link.

      The editable field appears.
    2. Edit the name and click the Submit checkbox.
  4. Add the necessary triggers. See Adding-triggers-to-a-process for the guidelines.
  5. Add the necessary activities.
  6. Click Done to save the changes.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
