1. Host: SolarWinds Gateway or LB VIP port
   
   
2. Port: SolarWinds Gateway or LB VIP port; default port: HTTPS 443
   
   
3. Uses HTTPS: If SolarWinds Gateway or LB VIP port uses HTTPS, check this box

6. User Name: for user that can access the SolarWinds REST API
   
   
7. Password: for user that can access the SolarWinds REST API
   
   
8. Connection Timeout
   
   
9. Uses Proxy : Select if you need to configure a proxy server
   
   
10. Proxy Host: Hostname of the proxy server
    
    
11. Proxy Port: Port number configured on proxy server for this connection
