Connect to SolarWinds DPA

1. Host: SolarWinds Database Server FQDN
   
   
2. Port: SolarWinds Database JDBC port
   
   
   1. Typical port: 1443: JDBC Listener
3. User Name: for user that can access the SolarWinds REST API
   
   
4. Password: for user that can access the SolarWinds REST API
   
   
5. Windows Authentication: Select if User Name and Password will be windows authenticated versus SQL Server authenticated
   
   
6. Domain: Authentication Domain when using Windows Authentication
   
   
7. Database Name :SolarWinds DPA Database Name
   
   
8. Instance Name : SolarWinds DPA Instance Name
   
   
9. Connection Timeout
   
   
10. Select "Validate And Create"
    
    
    1. If there's no error, the connection was successful
