Connect to New Relic

1. Access Key: Create an API key from the New Relic UI.  See this article for details.
2. Account ID : The account ID for your New Relic source
   
3. (Optional) Personal API Key: Obtain a personal API key.  See this article for details.
   
   1. This key is used to obtain additional data from the New Relic Infrastructure application using NRQL
4. Max Connections
   
   Use arrow to access Proxy Settings
   
   
5. Uses Proxy : Select if you need to configure a proxy server
   
   
6. Proxy Host: Hostname of the proxy server
   
   
7. Proxy Port: Port number configured on proxy server for this connection
   
   
8. Select "Validate And Create"
   
   
   1. If there's no error, the connection was successful
