Create: Azure Alerts and Action Groups

Log into the Azure Portal and select the "Monitor" resource.

Click the "Manage alert rules" tab

Add or edit an alert rule, and set up an action group with a "Webhook" action. Set the Webhook action to the URL generated by the Azure Webhook configuration in StreamWeaver.

Any Azure alerts will now be sent to the StreamWeaver webhook source mediator and forwarded to the destination tool of your choice.
