1. Host: Hostname for the CA APM
   
   
2. Port: CA UIM ; default port: 5001
   
   
3. Uses HTTPS: If CA UIM port uses HTTPS, check this box
   
   
4. Allow Unsigned Certificates (should not be used in productive environments) Click here to learn how to install certificates
   
   
5. Max Connections 
   
   
6. User Name: for user that can access the CA UIM REST API
   
   
7. Password: for user that can access the CA UIM REST API
   
   
8. Token : enter the connection token for CA UIM
   
   Use arrow to access Proxy Settings
   
   
9. Uses Proxy : Select if you need to configure a proxy server
   
   
10. Proxy Host: Hostname of the proxy server
    
    
11. Proxy Port: Port number configured on proxy server for this connection
