OBM Increase external_id lengths in Micro Focus OpsBridge

In some cases, the CI external_id's are not long enough to contain the descriptors that StreamWeaver sends to OpsBridge.  Take the following steps to increase the external_id length so that the CI creation happens correctly.

Step-by-step guide

1. Install OBM!
2. Change "Object Root" to "data" (replacing "managed_object")
