Connect to Microsoft SCOM

1. Host: Microsoft SCOM Database Server FQDN
   
   
2. Port: Microsoft SCOM Database JDBC port
   
   1. Typical port: 1443: JDBC Listener
3. User Name: for user that can access the SCOM database
   
   
4. Password: for user that can access the SCOM database
   
   
5. Windows Authentication: Select if User Name and Password will be windows authenticated versus SQL Server authenticated
   
   
6. Domain: Authentication Domain when using Windows Authentication
   
   
7. Database Name : Microsoft SCOM Database Name
   1. Typical Name: OperationsManager
8. Instance Name : Microsoft SCOM Database Instance Name
9. 
   
   1. Typical Instance: MSSQLSERVER1
10. Connection Timeout
    
    
11. Select "Validate And Create"
    
    
    1. If there's no error, the connection was successful
