Connect: Micro Focus APM


STEP TWO: CONNECT TO SOURCE

  1. Host: Micro Focus APM Gateway or LB VIP port

  2. Port: Micro Focus APM Gateway or LB VIP port

    1. Typical ports: 80

  3. HTTPS: If Gateway or LB VIP port uses HTTPS, check this box

  4. Allow Unsigned Certificate (should not be used in productive environments) Click here to learn how to install certificates

  5. Max Connections

  6. User Name: Micro Focus APM user name

  7. Password: Micro Focus APM password

  8. CMDB Host: Micro Focus APM CMDB Gateway or LB VIP port

  9. CMDB Port: Typically 21212

  10. CMDB Uses HTTPS: If CMDB port uses HTTPS, check this box

  11. CMDB User Name: Micro Focus APM CMDB user name

  12. CMDB Password: Micro Focus APM CMDB password

  13. Connection Timeout
  14. Uses Proxy : Select if you need to configure a proxy server

  15. Proxy Host: Hostname of the proxy server

  16. Proxy Port: Port number configured on proxy server for this connection
  17. Select "Save Origin and Validate"

    1. If there's no error, the connection was successful
    2. If error, click here to troubleshoot
