11.3.00.001: Fix Pack 1

The PATROL Installation Utility 11.3.00.001 fix pack corrects issues reported in earlier versions of PATROL Installation Utility. This topic contains information about fixes in this fix pack and provides instructions for downloading and installing the fix pack.

This fix pack is applicable for TrueSight repository that includes Installation Utility version 11.3.

To download the installation files

Select and download the installation files for your platform; see the following table. Use your BMC Support credentials to access the EPD website. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.

How to apply the fix pack

In order to apply the fix pack, it should be imported to an existing repository as a single solution. For more information on how to import a single solution to an existing repository, see Importing the Infrastructure Management repository.

Note

While creating a package from TrueSight console, do not select the PATROL Installation Utility.
