11.0.00.001: Fix pack 1

The TrueSight Infrastructure management repository infrastructure upgrade fix pack version 11.0.0.001 corrects issues reported in earlier versions of PATROL Installation Utility. This topic contains information about fixes in this fix pack and provides instructions for downloading and installing the fix pack.

Note

This fix pack is for TrueSight version 10.7 and 11.0 repository only.

Defects fixed

This fix pack includes fixes to the following two installation issues:

  • QM002367106
  • QM002364755

To download the installation files

Select and download the installation files for your platform; see the following table. Use your BMC Support credentials to access the EPD website. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.

How to apply the fix pack

In order to apply the fix pack, it should be imported to an existing repository as a single solution. For more information on how to import a single solution to an existing repository, see Importing the Infrastructure Management repository.

Note

While creating a package from TrueSight console, do not select the PATROL Installation Utility.
