Upgrade Scenarios for PATROL HL KM

The following figure illustrates several different scenarios for upgrading PATROL HL KM. These scenarios include:

  • Not migrating customizations
  • Migrating customizations using PATROL Configuration Manager
  • Migrating customizations manually
  • Migrating customizations using the PATROL Migration Tools and then installing the product using
    • the Common Installation Utility for local installations
    • the Distribution Server for remote installations
