On Linux computers, starting or stopping the Presentation Server service fails for non-root users

On Linux computers, starting or stopping the TrueSight Presentation Server service fails for non-root users.

This issue occurs if the TrueSight Presentation Server service is stopped and started as a root user before any tssh server start/stop/status commands are used. The tssh.log file is created by the root user and non-root users cannot use tssh commands since they cannot write to the tssh.log file.

Workaround:

Delete the tssh.log file located at installedDirectory/truesightpserver/bin/../logs.
