Blank page displayed on the console
Scenario: Sometimes when you upgrade from version 11.0.00, you might see a blank screen when you log on to the TrueSight console. This scenario can also occur if you apply the TrueSight Presentation Serverfeature pack or fix pack.
Reason: This problem occurs when one of the *.war files available under the installationDirectory\truesightpserver\modules\tomcat\webapps directory is not extracted correctly.
Solution:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Access the TrueSight console.
If you continue to face the same issue, perform the following steps:
Go to the following directory and delete all the folders (except the ROOT folder and *.war files). Ensure to also delete backup folders created manually if any.
- (Windows) installationDirectory\truesightpserver\modules\tomcat\webapps
- (Linux) installationDirectory/truesightpserver/modules/tomcat/webapps
The deleted files are automatically recreated.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Access the TrueSight console.
