Viewing user details
After you install Remedy Single Sign-On and set up the user groups (roles), you can view the associated user information, such as the tenant and user group membership, from the TrueSight console. You can search for users by specifying a user group or search for user groups by specifying a user.
You cannot add or remove users or user groups (roles) from the TrueSight console.
To view user details
- In the navigation pane of the TrueSight console, select Administration > User Accounts.
- To search for users by specifying a user group, perform the following actions on the User Account page:
- Select Search by User Group.
- Select a tenant.
If you have a long list of tenants, you can filter the list by typing a text string in the search box. - From the list of user groups, select a group from the selected tenant.
If necessary, filter the list by typing a text string in the search box.
- To search for user groups by specifying a user, perform the following actions on the User Account page:
- Select Search by Users.
- Select a tenant.
If you have a long list of tenants, you can filter the list by typing a text string in the search box. From the list of users, select a user from the selected tenant.
If necessary, filter the list by typing a text string in the search box.
Groups to which the selected user is a member are displayed under User Groups.
- To modify the tenant, user, or user group, click Manage via Remedy SSO.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
