Deleting dashboards
You can delete a dashboard while viewing it (an active dashboard), or you can delete it from the Dashboads page. Before deleting a dashboard that you shared with other users, consider notifying them before deleting it from the system.
From version 11.3.03, deleting a dashboard requires permissions to view and manage a dashboard. These permissions can be provided by tenant administrators from the Administration> Roles page (Allow Managing Dashboards permission). Additionally, tenant administrators have access to all the non-shared dashboards or dashboards not shared by anyone. This capability can help tenant administrators manage dashboards that are no longer in use.
