Generating a TEA Agent process dump

In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to create a process dump of your TEA Agent process to analyze unexpected behavior.

To do this, run the TEA Agent from the command line as follows:

BMCTEAgent.exe --folder=<working folder name> --dump=<PID>

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
