Viewing applications to be managed


From the Application Management page in the Operations Management console, you can view the configuration of all your applications.

Select Configuration > Applications from the navigation pane.
The Applications Management page displays all the applications that you can monitor in Operations Management.

The following table describes the content on the Applications Management page:

Description

Action menu

If you are logged in with Application Administration-level access, you can edit or delete applications in the list.

Application Name

Name of the application. You can perform the following actions:

Type

Select an application type from the list below the column title to filter by type:

Synthetic

Indicates whether or not synthetic monitoring is enabled for the application, that is, whether the application has Execution Plans associated with it.

Importance

The importance assigned to the application. The importance is assigned when the application is created.
