10.1.00.001: Fix Pack 1

Fix Packs do not contain all of the files that are required for a complete product installation. Fix Packs are cumulative and contain all updates released prior to the Fix Pack.

Before you install the Fix Pack, you must have previously installed the base version of the product.

Fix Pack 1 for TrueSight Operations Management 10.1 consists of the following components:

  1. Fix Pack 1 (10.1.00.001) for TrueSight Presentation Server 10.1
  2. Fix Pack 1 (10.0.500.001) for TrueSight Infrastructure Management 10.0.500

To apply Fix Pack 1, install all the above components in the recommended sequence.

Step 1: Prepare for the installation of the Fix Pack

Step 2: Install the Fix Pack on the Presentation Server

Upgrade the TrueSight Presentation Server.

Verify the Presentation Server upgrade.

Step 3: Install the Fix Pack on the Infrastructure Management components

Task

Reference

Install or upgrade the remote Integration Service and remote cell.

Upgrade the TrueSight Infrastructure Management server.

Install or upgrade the BMC CMDB Extensions.

Install the remote Administration Console.
