Uninstalling the Integration Service and Remote Cell
This topic provides information about uninstalling the Integration Service and Remote Cell. Uninstalling the Integration Service removes all the files, programs, saved data, and related directories of the Integration Service installation. Uninstalling the Integration Service also uninstalls the remote cell.

To uninstall the Integration Service and remote cell using the wizard
On Microsoft Windows:
Option-1:
- In the Control Panel, under Programs, click Uninstall a program.
- Select BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Integration Service portNumber, and click Uninstall/Change.
- On the Welcome page, click Next.
- On the Uninstallation Summary page, click View Log to view the uninstallation logs, or click Done.
Option-2:
- Go to the installationDirectory/uninstallTSIMAgent directory.
- Run the uninstall command.
- On the Welcome page, click Next.
- On the Uninstallation Summary page, click View Log to view the uninstallation logs, or click Done.
On Linux:
- Go to the installationDirectory/uninstallTSIMAgent directory.
- Run the uninstall command.
View the tsim_agent_uninstall_log.txt log file from the following location:
- (Solaris) solaris/var/tmp
- (Linux) linux/tmp
To uninstall the Integration Service and remote cell silently
Uninstallation-related information is not displayed on the console when silent uninstallation begins. However, uninstallation occurs in the background. The progress is logged in a temporary folder during uninstallation.
Run the following command to uninstall the Integration Service and remote cell silently:
(Microsoft Windows) installationDirectory\uninstallTSIMAgent\uninstall.exe -i silent
(Linux or Solaris) installationDirectory\uninstallTSIMAgent\./uninstall -i silent
