Uninstalling BMC CMDB Extensions

Perform the following steps to uninstall BMC CMDB Extensions:

  1. Navigate to the $TSIMExtensions$\UninstallTSIMExtensions folder.
  2. Double-click uninstall.exe. This procedure will delete all TSIMExtension related files and folders and will remove the TSIMExtension configuration from the ar.conf file.

  3. Delete the following TSIM Extension records from the AR Server. Use the application ID of the record in the SHARE:Application_Properties form to search for the record.

  4. Restart the AR Server.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
