Enhancements
Starting with this Fix Pack, Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition requires an activation to use the Real User Analyzer.
You can receive the activation key by contacting BMC Customer Support, and requesting an activation key file.
During the installation or upgrade process, you enter the activation key for the Real User Analyzer.
Installing the Fix Pack

- Prepare for the installation of the Fix Pack.
- Install Fix Pack 2 (11.0.00.002) for Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition 11.0.00.
