• Estimate the sizing considerations for the Analyzer and Collector to make capacity and  deployment recommendations.
• Evaluate and plan user permissions, system access, data security, and network security.
• Plan the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition deployment to monitor the end-user experience, and how to deploy the Cloud Probe on your system.

• Plan who will administer the system and the approach to system authentication.

• Decide on the components to install and method of installation. 
• Download the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring software.
• Prepare for the installation.
• Install the Real User Analyzer and Collector and verify the installation.
• Install the Cloud Probe and verify the installation.

• Open the TrueSight console and register the Real User Analyzer.

You must migrate BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring v2.7 to Software Edition v10.7 and then upgrade to v11.0. A direct migration or upgrade is not supported.
