Configuring the general settings in the Remedy SSO server


Following the installation of Remedy Single Sign-On (Remedy SSO), you must set the general configurations. You can also export and import the configurations, when you want backup and reset the configuration settings. Use the following sections to configure general settings, export, import, and view the session details for Remedy SSO.

Before you begin

You must have installed the Remedy SSO server using one of the following methods:

To log in to Remedy SSO Admin console

  1. Type the URL: http(s)://<rsso_servername_FQDN>:port/rsso/admin in the browser address bar.
  2. Perform one of the following steps:

    • Users logging in for the first time after installing Remedy SSO:

      1. Use the default credentials to log in (User Name: Admin and Password: RSSO#Admin#.)
      2. Change the password. (Recommended for security reasons).
      3. Log out and log in using the updated credentials.
    • Users logging in after changing the default password must use the updated credentials to log in.
