Importing a universe that is stored in the repository
- Click Start > Programs > SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0 > SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Client Tools > Information Design Tool.
- In the User Identification dialog box, provide the following information:
- The name of the computer on which you have installed SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise.
- The authenticated SAP BusinessObjects user name to access the server. The default user name is Administrator.
- The corresponding password for the user name. You configured this password for the administrator account while installing SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise.
- The Microsoft Windows authentication mode.
- In the home page of the Information Design Tool, click File > New > Project.
- In the New Project dialog box, enter the Project Name.
- Right-click the project name > Retrieve a Published Universe > From a Repository.
- In the RetrieveUniverse dialog box, select a session or create a new session.
- To create a new session, select New Session.
- Enter the System, User Name, and Password.
- Click Connect.
- Click Next.
- Expand Universes > TrueSight Operations Management and select BPPM DataMart.unx
- Click Finish.
- In the Local Projects, the TrueSight DataMart Universe is imported.
