Deleting messages

You can delete a single message or multiple messages at one time.

To delete a single message

1. In the Messages for Queue Summary View, click Delete from the Operations drop-down menu for each individual message.
2. Click OK.

To delete multiple messages

1. Select the check box in the Select column beside the messages and then select Delete from the Operations drop-down menu.
2. Perform one of the following actions:

  • In the Delete Message(s) screen, confirm the message index numbers are those that you want to delete, and click Delete.
  • Select Delete from the Operations drop-down menu, and type in a range or specific indexes to be deleted. Then click Delete.

The messages are deleted and the Messages for Queue Summary view is displayed.
