System requirements

The topics in this section provide details on the system requirements for TrueSight Middleware Administrator.

BMC assumes that your system infrastructure and network are robust. A standard installation assumes use of a single server and that TrueSight Middleware Administrator users work from personal workstations within a functioning IP network.


Note

The number of your IBM WebSphere MQ queue managers and TIBCO EMS servers should not exceed that set out in your license.

Note that the number of IBM WebSphere MQ connections encoded in the license key is related to the actual number of queue managers in use. For example, if you license one queue manager you now can set up as many WMQ connections to it in TrueSight Middleware Administrator as you require. This is only relevant for IBM WebSphere MQ connections; it does not apply to TIBCO EMS connections.
