Managing the JACI cache

JACI is a technology used to authenticate and authorize users. It provides a secondary security layer, and allows the user to write the authentication/authorization module themselves.

Note

The JACI Cache function is available only if a JACI module is installed. This may or may not be present in your installation.

When you select JACI Cache from the Navigation Panel, JACI Cache Statistics fill the workspace.

This is a cache statistics summary with two associated operations:

  • Clear: Clear removes all entries in the cache.
  • Reset: Reset resets the statistics to zero (hits and misses).

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
