BMC endeavors to support our customers as fully as possible; however, BMC always retains the ability to modify our products’ functionality and documentation. Please note, when a 3rd party technology that is monitored by BMC products goes out of support by the vendor, customers are no longer able to get help from that vendor for that specific technology. In those situations, BMC is also no longer able to get assistance in resolving issues with the vendor’s technology. In those cases, BMC will continue to provide workarounds and existing fixes as available and applicable for our products, and will provide general guidance to the customer as reasonably possible, but BMC can make no guarantees about our ability to resolve issues related to that vendor’s technology.
