Copying messages

To copy messages

  1. Locate the relevant queue from which to copy a message.

  2. From the Operations drop-down menu, select Copy Messages. 
    OR

    In the Messages for Queue Summary View, click Copy to Queue from the Operations drop-down menu for the selected messages.

  3. The Copy Message pane is displayed:

  4. Set the message destination, by selecting the queue from the Destination Queue drop-down box.
  5. Set the number of messages to copy by setting Start and End message numbers.
  6. Toggle any of the remaining parameters as required.
  7. Click Copy. The message or messages are copied to the destination queue.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
