Modifying TIBCO EMS objects

The operations available in the following procedure may vary depending on the object category selected.

To modify an object's properties:

  1. Select a connection to a TIBCO EMS server from the Navigation Panel.
  2. Select the required object category from the Navigation Panel.
  3. From the Summary View, click on the object name (for instance, a particular queue).
  4. The Properties Editor for that object is displayed: make the required changes.
  5. Save your settings.
  6. If required, select the Schedule Task option from the options above the object properties. See Scheduling-TIBCO-EMS-tasks for further information.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
