To create a service ticket for advanced analytics
- From the top right of the screen, click Advanced Analytics, click on a dynamic cluster or exploratory cluster analysis.
- From the event cluster map, click on the event of your choice.
- From the event list, select one or more events. You can select a maximum of 20 events.
The Create Service Ticket option is enabled. - Type the summary and description for the service ticket.
- Select a ticketing system from the drop down.

- Click Create.
The ticket is created.
