tf_prev_end/3—obtain the end time of the previous active interval of a time frame at a given time
The syntax for tf_prev_end/3 is as follows:
tf_prev_end($TIMEFRAME,$TIME,$END)
$END=tf_prev_end($TIMEFRAME,$TIME)
$END=tf_prev_end($TIMEFRAME,$TIME)

A 0 value is returned if there is no previous active time frame at the given time.
